RecommendedOur 300lb. garage door springs went out at 5:00 PM. I called and by 8:30 PM..it's back in working order and better than before. Mike was so nice and worked out in 17 degrees ! I would definitely recommend Garage Doors of Indianapolis!
I have a small problem with my garage door and they rocked it up to $300 bill now the remote doesn't work and they won't cover it for three hundred bucks I think they can make the remote work so no I don't recommend someone who who takes money out of your pocket when you don't have it to give
Our garage door opener broke so we had them come out and replace it. Turns out we had much more wrong than we originally thought and needed springs replaced as well. The bill turned out to be larger than we anticipated but the gentleman worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The next day, after we had already paid the bill in full, i saw their sign for a 10% veterans discount. My husband is a veteran and neither of us realized this discount was available. Love my new garage door! They were so kind, gracious and overall helpful and knowledgable people about something I know very little about!
Be careful when gathering information for a home warranty company about this company’s diagnosis. The installer got his feelings hurt because he thought he was being second guessed. Very disappointing as I have referred several neighbors to the company.
They refuse to honor their instillation and product. The new door they installed 3 years ago is already tearing and the place where the door is attached to the raising mechanism is pulling apart, but instead of fixing it they tried to sell us a replacement for $800. They said that we must have damaged it by using it to open and shut. They are dishonest and incompetent. Don't ever trust them. They lie.
These folks are amazing. I called just after 6pm tonight with an issue and the tech was here by 6:45p. It was an easy fix and all under warranty. We love Garage Doors of Indianapolis!
