RecommendedDue to the sudden down turn in the health, and eventual loss of our father, my 4 brothers and their families and my husband and I were in need of hotel rooms for over a week. The staff at Country Inn & Suites could not have made our stay more comfortable. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to alleviate our grief in any way that they could. What a wonderful home away from home. We loved our King Whirlpool Suite, it had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities at this hotel are fabulous. The breakfast was good, everything was clean and the beds felt as if we were sleeping on a cloud. Loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs and the fact that we could open the windows and let the breeze in sometimes instead of always having the AC on. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Beckley.

very nasty.... they have bed bugs and are putting people in infested rooms... smh they need to be shut down
Worst hotel experience I have ever had and we travel several times a month! We woke up and my husband had welts that were itching. We checked the bed (room 313) and found bed bugs! We went downstairs and they comped the room. I was afraid of getting them in my house so I returned downstairs as I was packing up to get trash bags. The GM Jerry proceeded to yell at me threatened to call the police and even asked us to leave over me being upset and asking for trash bags because everything we had with us will need professionally ... read more
