RecommendedThis place is awesome! If you are heading to Orlando and not staying "on property", this is the place to stay. Great pool, great rooms, great lobby and arcade... Plenty to do in walking distance as well. Couldn't have been happier!
RecommendedThe room was not as large as the booking photo suggested it was, but it is still comfortable. They could upgrade their mini fridge and microwave to greater effect. Lobby is excellent for our favorite pastime of reading and watching cable on our portable devices. There is a Starbucks a few hundred feet away, and the lobby is serenely quiet, and there is a covered outdoor pool area to diversify out atmosphere. A great value overall.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I had a room booked for next weekend but due to this entire corona virus and the mall of America being closed, I asked if we could cancel our reservation. The customer service lady laughed and said just because the mall is closed doesn’t mean you can’t still stay here. Then went on to say we wouldn’t be able to get our money back even though our reservation said we could cancel within 24 hours and get a refund. It took 3 days and about 6 phone calls and I finally got an 80% refund. ... read more
Definitely not up to standards. Loose bathroom tile, sink faucet needs fixing, big sticky stain on rug, bed pillows need replacing, bedding wrinkled, strong pet order smell in a non pet room. Best thing was Joanna that ran the kitchen. She was friendly and everything was clean & cooked right. We won’t be staying there again.
Very nice and the pool is nice and warm I think you will enjoy your stay
Be very careful when paying by credit card we had been charged around 8 times for the one night as Tyrone said our card didn’t work after nearly 3 months and numerous emails back and forth and then having to get our bank involved we finally have had our money credited to us no thanks to Tyrone ..👎👎
