Nice hotel other than the beds are horribly uncomfortable. At least ours was - hard as a rock. My husband and I neither got any sleep and we are not really complainers. Inquired at the front desk about another room and was told all beds were the same and was offered no relief or other room. Since we prepaid we are stuck here two more nights. I won’t be back; mostly because they did not even try to work with us. Just shrugged and said it was what it was - I guess all their beds are uncomfortable.

we loved the pool it was awesome
We love Shenandoah Crossing, the staff are such great people and really make you feel at home. The scenery is out of this world and there is so much to do on property for all ages. The surrounding area is full of historical buildings and events along with some fine vineyards to go to and taste some of their local wines.
