It was clean, the stairs going to the second floor are gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful
Location was great for Stone Mountain. the reason for the three star was the pool. In the ad for comfort Inn stated indoor heated pool. my four year old was the whole reason for this pick was specifically a indoor pool we could use with her. Well the pool heater was broken and was informed that the pool would be cold. Other than that my stay with them was good.

My biggest complaint was our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool was nice and the breakfast was great.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff is very nice! However, this hotel is the Worst Hotel I Have ever stayed in. I am here with a group of people as a result, I have had the opportunity to explore many rooms and they are all the same. There is a damp smell In all of the rooms. The rooms look as though something will run out from under you feet. Be very careful when paying by credit card we had been charged around 8 times for the one night as Tyrone said our card didn’t work after nearly 3 months and numerous emails back and forth and then having to get our bank involved we finally have had our money credited to us no thanks to Tyrone ..👎👎

After multiple room charges on a credit card for a standard double room by the Manager we still haven't had an outcome or received a credit back to the card, then he went away, then he said we are liars, then booking.com agreed we were correct and told him to credit our card, then he said we had been reimbursed which never came through, and we are still waiting on a credit 2 months on.
