Location was great for Stone Mountain. the reason for the three star was the pool. In the ad for comfort Inn stated indoor heated pool. my four year old was the whole reason for this pick was specifically a indoor pool we could use with her. Well the pool heater was broken and was informed that the pool would be cold. Other than that my stay with them was good.
TaQuan checked me in he was extremely nice and very friendly. The room was very clean, as was everything else. Nicole checked us out and she was very friendly also. Highly recommend this place.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff is very nice! However, this hotel is the Worst Hotel I Have ever stayed in. I am here with a group of people as a result, I have had the opportunity to explore many rooms and they are all the same. There is a damp smell In all of the rooms. The rooms look as though something will run out from under you feet. The carpets are old, the linen is old, the lamps are old, the cloth seats are old and dusty and the microwave as well as the refrigerator are all dated! TH... read more

Very accommodating and pleasant front desk staff! Helped me get a discount from the various choices I mentioned to them!
This is the worst staff I’ve ever encountered the manager their yelled and charged my card several times what we you do DONT STAY HERE AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS DONT STAY HERE
