I booked online like normal two weeks prior to our stay. Choice hotel was offering a discount for essential workers as a thank you for our service. Ms. Pratt, we do apologize over the miscommunication over the special rate plan Choice has in place on the Essential workers. This rate plan is for all workers that are staying at Choice property’s that are working in the area due to the covid-19. Your room wasn’t pre-paid priori to your arrival, only gtd with your credit card. RecommendedMy daughter and I stayed here on May 8, 2020. The facility was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, it was quiet and the staff was very helpful. There was an excellent rate and we would definitely stay there again.
