Very well kept room comfortable bed friendly staff and great breakfast and 24/7 coffee
RecommendedAwesome customer service, and very clean. The lady from the breakfast area is very nice
Great place to stay and walking distance to Universal. However I'm disappointed in the lack of communication from this hotel. I've commented and emailed awaiting a response. It's in regards to the hotel withdrawing money from my account 3 months after my stay which was all paid for in May 2019. I don't understand why money has been withdrawn, neither does my bank!

Food was mediocre, not lots of flavor and mediocre service. Bread came after meal when asked for, and bread looked like store bought rolls cut up. Silverware was delivered after appetizer.
