RecommendedNice staff. Close to Disney with easy access. Bar at pool is a bonus.
We canceled a reservation and they billed us $199.68 and they told us we came to the hotel. The manager said he would call us back and check on our claim and he never called back. Worse ordeal ever and I will inform everyone of the miscommunication and losing my money. When the manager doesn’t do what they are there for it’s a sad day.

Stay away if you value your money. I work nights so I didn't have maid service through the week, so the room needed a good vacuuming and a bit heavier than usual cleaning when I left. I crawled around on my hands and knees picking up most of the bits of popcorn that my kids spilled, but still - $58 cleaning fee. They claimed I broke their sofa, which was a bit uncomfortable but was barely used and definitely not broken by us. $235.
