worst hotel ever. period.
Switching from a 2BR to a 3BR— both advance reservations by members— and forced to vacate one place and wait for 3 hours for next place. Never told in advance so family from 3 different states w/ limited time together wasted valuable vacation time. Could’ve planned the day better had resort staff been up front!!! ☹️ Lauren at desk quite rude and said the wait “happens all the time” which is why we won’t recommend this venue. Highlight: Equestrian Center staff gracious and provided exceptional customer service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amber at the front desk is someone special. She is friendly, patient, and efficient. You are lucky to have her as an employee. Also, the ladies who ran breakfast Sunday morning ( I wish I had gotten their names) were amazing as well. Even my 15 year old daughter noticed how effient and friendly they were! Everything was kept clean and full! Would stay again anytime. It made our very short trip that much more enjoyable! Thank you!
