Rooms were fifthy, chair arms were greasy. Had to move to another room, air didn’t work. Nephew and his family in another room, opened up couch for kids to sleep, rat droppings everywhere. Carpet dirty. I would not recommend to anyone
12 of us went to MAGGIE VALLEY INN THIS WEEKEND FOR THE FOURTH. IT WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER, Sat rain storm started, lost power, and ALL EMPLOYEES LOCKED UP AND ABANDED THE PROPERTY. IT WAS NOT EQUIPED WITH LIGHTS IN STAIR CASES, HALLWAYS, OUTSIDE AND EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT. MANY GUEST LEFT AS IT GOT DARKER. FOR YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. also 2 people got stuck in the elevator when the power went off . so we had to call 911 for help because no one was there . also our tub was filling up with water as we took a... read more

RecommendedHave completely, remolded this hotel. All new furniture and new floors. No carpet and all new floors. New mattresses. Love our stay and when I left they were painting the outside. Try it you’ll like it
