RecommendedWe’ve been here a few times and normally a quite stay , first time on the first floor , never again someone’s young kids running around for over 3 hours in the evening , than again early morning, guess they’re parents don’t believe in discipline , I didn’t complain noise stopped by 9pm .

Do NOT stay here!! Syndee at the front desk gave our room away, so when we checked in, she had to give us a smaller room. She used my card to make MULTIPLE charges on the other person’s room. I’m talking over $800 worth of charges!!! She assured me that they were holds on my account and they would go away as soon as I checked out the next morning. That is absolutely not the case. I have to file a claim with my bank against them for stealing my money and have to go the whole weekend without $800 until I can get reimbursed on ... read more
Not clean enough for me. The bathroom light is hanging down out of the ceiling. Very disappointed.

First, we called the direct hotel number and requested two adjoining rooms. We were told that would be no problem. When we arrived, however, we were told they didn’t have adjoining rooms. So they gave us two separate rooms, which didn’t really help us since we have several children.
