We brought the hotel Groupon for a clarion hotel depoe bay thinking we got a great deal! After leaving the hotel they printed a received showing normal charge of 84.62 and paid in full. But we paid 135.49 on Groupon then upon looking at our credit card found the Hotel charged 20.00 which was an unauthorized charge thus a total overpayment of 50.87 and no one is willing do anything other than a song a dance to get you off the line.
