there were people doing meth in the room next to us, and setting their smoke alarm off multiple times. then they were screaming about having guns and killing cops, the whole places smelled like meth after these people got there. the front desk guy was very rude, not helpful and refused to give us a refund. we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. I do not recommend this place at all!

Have a better process for when computer system denies credit cards. I gave the guy 4 different credit cards all coming back denied. I called credit card company and they said they have no Record of them even trying to swipe the card. Guy behind the desk would not admit it was their system even with credit card company telling him there was nothing wrong with our card.
