Comfort Plus is very lucky to have a Technician like Reggie. It took him less than 5 minutes to identify the reason one of my heat zones was not turning on. He spent the next two hours making sure the next time I turned on the heat, all three zones would produce heat. He explained what he was doing and how he was fixing it. He was so confident in his work, he wished me a Happy Holiday as he was leaving. He is definitely an asset to Comfort Plus. Thanks!
