I was very impressed with your service. Jim was polite, and knowledgable. The response time from me reporting my issue to Jim arriving at my door was less than 90 min. Jim completed his inspection and even checked up in our attic. He checked our filters and thermostat. He was very through. He diagnosed my problem and he was able to repair the issue that day. We had a nice comfortable home by dinner. I was impressed. I have already recommended your company to our neighbors.

Jim is the technician who most regularly comes to service my 20+ year old furnace. He always explains carefully, works efficiently, and cleans up as necessary afterward. I trust his word when he says I need a new __ because he does his best to repair when possible to do so safely. Trust in him (and others like him) are why I continue to call Comfort Plus.
