Our service tech is Eddie C. He appears to be a very knowledgeable and skilled technician. He had visited this property before so he knew a bit about what he was getting into. He actually serviced two properties for us that day. He does a very thorough job and explains issues that may arise in a language we can understand. My serviceman Jim at Comfort Plus is the best, in my opinion. He is friendly, straight forward, thorough, and respectful of my property-- never leaving any trash behind ( unlike others in the past) and he always wears booties in the house. Jim has serviced our heat pump many times and has always done an excellent job. This time he went over and above. It was windy and rain was about to start. He was able to service the heat pump on the roof just as it started to rain and it was really windy. He then finished inside. Joe S.
