Jim (Tech) arrived on time and practiced all appropriate safety measures Jim did a thorough tune up and cleaning of our AC system with the inside and outdoor units .When the service was done he provided us with a clear explanation of the status of our system We have used this company for SEVERAL years for tune ups and needed repairs and have been pleased with everyone from the office staff to the Techs Never have had a complaint !!

After my heater stoped working I called office for service and Alan showed up very quickly. Didn't take him long to correct the problem and had heater back in service. He was very efficient and explained the problem in language I could understand.. have always had great service from comfort plus and all the service people have been great
