Joe the technician was right on time -( he called before he came). He explained everything that he found wrong and how it could be repaired. I really appreciated that. Also gave me the amount it would cost to fix. Would highly recommend this company.

Amanda was very helpful setting up this appointment to check our heat pump as early as possible. Our technician, Jim C***, did a great job of quickly analyzing the issue with our heat pump and providing us with a number of courses of action. Jim engenders trust.

Sandy & Mike were great to work with. In Fruitland on Jan. 3. my mother-in- laws heat stopped working. The service was fast and Mike repaired the furnace. Thanks for the help.

Just want to thank CPS and Reggie F***** for the quick, efficient and professional response that we received when our furnace decided to quit working on Saturday night with the temperatures in the single digits. Nice to know that there are still companies out there for you 24/7!

Jim was very helpful and efficient. He came an hour after we called on a very cold day, and had the system repaired in 45 minutes. He has helped us before and has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Alan from Comfort Plus was very good. He called before coming and it was better than ******* or some of those businesses that say they are coming and never show. He was very professional. Showed me the problem and explained what he had to do to fix the problem.

Comfort plus has outstanding service and support staff. We just had a new central air system installed for the 2nd and 3rd floor of our house which in itself is difficult but more so as the air handler also works with our oil fired hot water system. Sandy kept me informed as to when the technicians would arrive and they called me as well to confirm times. I cannot compliment them enough. They spread drop cloths through out the house and removed the old heavy system and brought it down without scratching a wall or surface. Wh... read more
