I called their office hoping for same-day service because water was dripping from the ceiling into a commercial office space. Chris scheduled John and got him out to us by the afternoon! The problem was complicated by the fact that the building is old, but John kept at it until the issue was completely resolved! Amazing service! I would highly recommend the team at Comfort Plus if you have HVAC issues and value dependability and results!

This company is 5 star & A+! Thank you for your fast installation , furnace & air. Thank you to Brendan for setting everything up and Terrence & Kip, I can't speak enough about you. The Comfort Plus team did an excellent job of solving the problem with my air conditioner, which was a malfunctioning blower fan, and fixed the issue quickly on one of the hottest days of the summer. I was able to get the technician to come the day I discovered that the unit was not working. The technician was very knowledgeable.

Many thanks to Gary E. for the excellent job he did today servicing our AC system. Gary was professional, on-time, clean, pleasant, courteous, helpful and trustworthy. He took time to explain things as he went along. Gary gave good suggestions for the AC system during vacation time.

Mike H. came out this morning for a routine maintenance on our AC unit; unfortunately for him we had a snake in the unit that needed to be cleaned out! Mike was very professional and let me know what he was doing throughout his tune up and what recommendations he had for us moving forward. We are always pleased with our services and visits from Comfort Plus.
