I have been a comfort plus customer since they took over the DMO service. Alan D******** is the epitome of an outstanding technician. Thorough professional and always solves the problem. I have experience in the industry and Alan exemplifies old fashioned courtesy and customer service. He solves problems and is not simply a parts changer. The office staff are always courteous and prompt - no long waits for a robot voice and they help schedule around the customer's needs.

This is our first time using comfort plus and what a bunch of super employees. We originally contacted customer service by phone. We spoke with Chris and she explained everything in detail. Jim the technician was very prompt in everything he did. He went over everything he was doing to our heat pump and furnace . He as very prompt,courteous and very knowledgeable. My wife and would definitely recommend this company...what a pleasure b&b

Alan D is very professional technician. He does a methotical worker nothing gets past him. He is very polite and friendly. My wife and I would like Alan to be the technician that always services our heat pumps and boiler.

Reggie F. and Jordan installed a heat pump and new Air Conditioner for me and they work for Comfort Plus. They were very efficient and cleaned up my basement when they finished. They were pleasant and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Comfort Plus and these two men for their service.

Very pleased with Comfort Plus service and staff. I set up my appointment 5 weeks ago and the service tech Terrence J. showed up on schedule. He was courteous, professional, and did a thorough job reviewing our AC & heath units. HE provided us with valuable maintenance tips, and overall was very thorough.
