Late Saturday afternoon, 30°, came home to a cold house. Called Comfort Now and Bob had Henry here is 45 minutes! Bob called me after Henry left to make sure the repair was satisfactory. With that type of service and fair pricing I strongly recommend Comfort Now to everyone!
Most professional and courteous company that I have used in South Jersey. They provide you with the name of the technician coming out, his background and time of arrival. We were very pleased with Enrique and the job he did repairing our heater, so impressed that we signed up for their one year service plan which is very reasonable. Great company, great job done!
i made one phone call for a problem heater the day of our little snowstorm. No problem! Heater worked but I had a service call scheduled. i got a phone call that there was a cancellation, and they could get here earlier...within 30 minutes Cole arrived. Very nice and professional. He cleaned the unit, checked everything and did so with the help of my dog following his every step! I am so very happy with everyone's courtesy and timeliness. Thank you!
