A few months ago I began to research services to replace and install a new Heater and A/C. So glad I chose this company when I needed to replace my air cond & heating system during the heat wave. They took extra effort to keep me comfortable while I waited for new units, I really appreciated this extra care!! I am so very pleased with my decision to call Comfort Now when my air conditioner stopped cooling. They came out asap, letting me know I needed a new AC, and put it in within hours. All this, right before the heat wave came. True professionalism from everyone, and certainly very fair. Again, thank you.

I wish that Bob followed through on what he said he would do. This May an employee accidentally put a hole in my wall. I called the company to let them know and was asked to email pictures and he spoke to the employee. Bob himself called me back. He said it would be taken care of by the following week. It has been over a month and I have called every week and nothing has happened yet. I get the run around that he is out of the office, on the phone, etc. and that an email will be sent to him that I called. Called today actual... read more
