I love Henry, he’s awesome as he explains all facets of the system....I bought the service plan because of Henry! I can’t tell you how thrilled I was when he was our service man and showed up to do our checkup. He’s courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.....I hope he stays with this organization because he is what McAllister should be all about!

My hot water heater decided to self destruct @ 1AM Sunday Morning. Left a message for Bob and got a call back @ 7:30 AM Monday morning. His crew was on-site by 8:30 and the new Hot Water Heater was up and running by 11:00AM. The exceptional service was only eclipsed by the professionalism of the crew that did the service, Mike, Dan, Ed and a great referral from Henry Perreira. Cole came yesterday to check my air conditioner at the end of the first year of installation and everything is fine. I had to use it recently prior to his visit in April on a couple of very warm days. Now I'm good for the entire summer! Thank you Cole.

Enrique and Mcallister HVAC were contacted by an aide who assists my father. It was 96 in his house as the AC was not working. They promptly came the next day and repaired the damaged duct. Thank you immensely for your professionalism, quality and promptness keeping my father safe in the hotter temperatures. You prioritized him. I definitely would recommend you again and will call.
