Henry (Pereira) was very thorough in checking my AC system and provided and consulted me with on the results of the system. He advised that the fan susbsystem is misaligned and need to be replaced with a new unit. He mentioned that current unit should remain operational through the remainder of this summer season. He gave a price quote on the new unit. Overall, I was very pleased with Henry providing prompt, professional and courteous service. I am forward toward future services with Mr Pereira of the Comfort Now Team.

Norman, thanks for the feedback. Nothing lasts forever and I'm glad Henry pointed that our. It's not pleasant when we have to shock somebody and tell them that the system can't be repaired or it can provide enough cooling anymore. Off season (winter) pricing is the easiest on the budget and there are some great rebate and financing programs out there. Let us know if you'd like to know more.
