Cole performed the initial AC service and follow-up (weather challenge) from Henry the following day; both were on time, professional, and I am glad I made the change for maintenance service in 2017.

I called for a routine tune up and made an appointment for about 10 days out. Received a call in 2 days there had been a cancellation that day. Cole arrived on time, covered his shoes ( even though I said it wasn't necessary). He explained what he was going to do both inside and out. He was polite and spoke so I could understand. It was easy and comfortable.

Team of 4 showed up on time ( 2 installers, 1 assistant & another to remove old equipment) . House was prepped for protection. All floors covered before starting the installation of the new AC equipment & ductwork. As always not one piece of trash or debri was left . Job was clean & timely w/o any damage to walls or floors. Installation was excellent and exactly the way it should be done. Great job again on another installation.
