RecommendedI came home from work on a Saturday afternoon and I noticed the house was hot. I called Comfort Now and Bob answered the phone like and old friend. Said he was booked that night but could have someone first thing in the morning. We had plans for that Sunday but needed this taking care of. Cole showed up after 8:00 am and got inside the house and then went outside to that unit. Took the access cover off and knew immediately what the problem was. Mike, Dom, and Cody arrived promptly at 8 am and got right to work. They were professional clean and stayed until everything checked out and was working. We replaced our heating system, air conditioning, and hot water heater. The job they did was exceptional, along with the price and financing. We would highly recommend Comfort Now to anyone who needs work like this done. Casey Mc Allister said they would be here on Tuesday, and they were here on Tuesday!

Henry called me when he was on his way to check the location of my house. He was very friendly and honest in his conversation. He found the problem immediately and fixed it, explaining as he went. He also listened attentively as I recounted my previous problems with the AC unit. Above all he kept in contact with Karen and Casey, together regarding the service. I am extremely grateful for all of them and the help that they have provided for me.

I called on a Saturday afternoon about 4 PM after we turned the Air Conditioning on and it would not come on. I expected to leave a message for a call back on Monday morning . Within 10 minutes Bob McAllister called back and said someone would be there within the hour. Henry Pereira arrived and had the problem resolved in about 30 minutes and was more pleasant than I would have been after being called out on a Saturday afternoon. I will be calling Comfort Now for all heating and air conditioning needs.

Henry just left after checking the air conditioner in my home. Having the photo of him in an email before he came gave me a very secure feeling. He was early and professional The explanation of what had to be replaced was clear including a photo he showed me of what was happening in the crawl space, and I am confident that I have made the right choice to check my heating in the fall and my cooling in the spring.
