They came the next day as promised and Henry was the best. He was personable and friendly and fixed our system the same day. Bob is honest and kind and not only offered the best solution for my HVAC needs, but also took time to talk about my business and graciously offered some advice. This was the first time calling this company, I actually found their company on yelp. I called after one of the zones of our air conditioner was not working. First Casey was here at 9:30 the next morning , was prompt and courteous , very knowledgable about the products they sell and service. Then we met Cole , who put his booties on every time he entered our house and removed them at the door. Henry was persistent in helping us identify and fix the problem with our Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner. He worked late on the Friday night before July 4th weekend to try to help us out only to find out that the manufacturer shipped the wrong motherboard for our unit. He was on it and we were back in action in two business days. Thank you Henry and Comfort Now

We are down the shore on vacation and the air conditioning in the unit we are renting broke down during the hottest week of the year. Even though the owner does not have an account with Comfort Now, Bob McAllister sent someone over after hours to take care of the problem. It turned out to be more than expected and they made the time to come back out the next day to help us once again. Many thanks for your quick service! We would highly recommend Comfort Now.
