Our appointment was between 8-9am and as usual, Cole was right on time. Had our heater check up as indicated in our service contract (highly recommended by the way) and we're good to go. Top of the pyramid as far as local businesses with GREAT service!!

Heater broke last night. Called Comfort Now at 7 this morning for service. Had someone here by 8. Undoubtedly one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Spoke directly to the owner of the business, Bob McAllister who was wonderful and the tech, Cole, who came to the house was great! Very polite, professional and friendly, was happy to answer all of my questions, and I had many! He didn't even mind when my dog insisted on watching everything he was doing! No question about the service the Comfort Now team provided. Though we mainly worked with and communicated with R.J. who was most professional and knowledgeable, his team of mechanics were of the same quality -- excellent. I have already recommended the Comfort Now team to my neighbors.
