Had to have HVAC system replaced July 2016. From start to now every Comfort Master associate I've been in contact with has been awesome. This includes the owner who came to my home during an after install visit (impressive to me). Ms. Angelia C. has been my primary contact and she has never once made me feel that I was being a bother. Comfort Master installed both HVAC units at our home and have regularly provided maintenance service on the units over the years. We have found their personnel to be professional, courteous, prompt, and personable. We appreciate and get a chuckle at them putting on slippers before coming in to adjust thermostats. Finally a company that fixed my AC right. For two years I was having problems with my air conditioner. Every time I called someone out to fix it they did whatever and would get it running only to have it break down again just days after they left.
