Once again, a Comfort Master Technician has given us his best and done a great job. Today it was Jason. Jason checked out every nook and cranny of our system and gave me suggestions for diverting some of the cold air when it enters a room. We adjusted our thermostats to have the upstairs already cool when we go to bed. This is the first time I've been able to successfully get into a place to leave a comment. The guys were very professional and prompt. They took pride in their work and completed the job in a timely matter. Charlie took the time to show me how to operate my new unit and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

Very impressed with Teo and his helper. Very professional and polite. The best part was they had to move some items to get the new system in place and they put everything back and cleaned up all the area . When they left you could tell anyone had been there except we had a new HAVC unit. Great job!!

This was our first experience with Comfort Master. Obviously, the effectiveness of the company will or will not be borne out over time. However, our first experience was a very good one. Our technician, Jason, was prompt, courteous, neat, and very professional.
