RecommendedCalling them for the first time at 9 pm on a weekend, I was amazed to get to a live person! They promised Lou would call me in a few minutes to discuss our a/c problem - and he did! We were back to “chilling” by Monday afternoon, without a monster bill, either! Everyone I spoke to was sincere and courteous and followed through on what they said they would do! They were straightforward and honest, as well. Happy to recommend these great folks!

[Comfort Master Heating & Air] We had our entire HVAC system replaced. Installers Ismael and Roberto were Excellent! Expert service. Very friendly. They explained what they were doing as they installed the components of our HVAC system. We discussed where to run the ductwork in the attic. Taught us how to use the thermostat (Internet-accessible). And they finished the installation in the two days that were scheduled. I highly recommend Comfort Master and especially these two installers.

We were lucky enough to have Roberto and Ismael at our home Monday and Tuesday to replace our ductwork. They have both done work at our home before, and they have always been professional, efficient, and very friendly. This visit was no exception. Bobby Watkins was very thorough, patient, informative in assessing the best systems for my needs, and setting up a timely installation. Ismael and Roberto worked thoroughly and patiently, too, well after "business hours" to install the hardware and explain the operation of the system I chose. They came back a second day to finish up a connection to the power box, which was only necessary due to my mis-reading of the circuit labels during initial contract signing phase.
