Recommended2 days work installing new units on both floors of the house, extremely happy with the product, and the installers were so extremely professional and friendly. Sam was here Thursday because of a broke unit. The part had to be ordered. I was expecting a horrid hot weekend with no AC. 9:30 this morning, on a Saturday, Sam was one again at our door. AC is fixed and the house is cooling! Way to go Sam! Courteous, friendly and professional! Good luck on the house search! 5⭐️!

Teo was the installer, he was on time, very professional and friendly.outstanding job.stayed there until he completed the entire installation. I was informed initially it may take two days but Teo completed it in one day.The installation consist of the complete Trane unit and complete duct work.

Sam came out last Friday to replace the coil in our unit. He did a fantastic job. Even though it was a time intensive project, he took extra time to check over the entire system. He found a blockage in one of our ducts and took the extra time to fix it. He did all of this with a smile and great attitude. I highly recommend Comfort Master for your heating and cooling needs.

Comfort Master has been our HVAC company for several years now, for regular maintenance, a repair at our old house, and now we've replaced the system in our new house. Their prices are fair and the work is excellent. Every single employee we've ever interacted with has been outstanding -- friendly, professional, has done quality work, and given us plenty of time and attention. Jason was very professional. He showed up right on time as the first appointment of the day. He discussed all of the results from the unit and also offered information on adding a surge protector on my outdoor unit. I discussed with him being a member of the comfort club and when I could have someone come out to potentially install the surge protector. His insight and recommendations were excellent. I look forward to my spring visit when I will probably have them install the surge protector.
