Mostly great service and care, except one weird slightly aggressive encounter with coordinator A (don't want to out them on the net). Made me a bit wary of making any requests, but other staff have been very friendly.
Comfort Keepers are providing aged care services to my parents and have always exceeded our expectations. Strongly recommended.
Hours of work here are hard to come by sometimes, its not consistent and can make you really feel let down or worried to make ends meet. Bellow average pay for being a casual staff contract the pay here hands down sucks. I felt sad for the clients supported by comfort keepers as they didnt have regular support staff and always getting new people making relationships and trust hard to build.
