I drive Uber, my customer today a Chinese tourist(lady) who does not speak much English check into the hotel. The Indian front desk staff was already impatient during the process and confused about her credit cards, but what happened afterward was far worse. After the check-in was completed, the front desk employee looked up and down asked whether the guest was here to “do business.” The way it was asked was very suspicious and inappropriate. Its wasn't to bad, even though they are renovating.. lady at the desk was very nice.

The room was great but the cleaning could've used more attention - there was a bottlecap and a few small pieces of paper left under the chair. A couple of the rooms had mildew in the shower corners. It would have been nice to know the hotel was undergoing renovations; the hallways were torn apart and gave a poor impression upon check-in. Vacuuming started outside our room prior to 7am and we weren't able to get back to sleep after a late night. It sounded like they kept running into our door with the vacuum.
