The staff was very polite, nice, and smiling. And even the guest smiling, polite, and friendly the room clean, bed comfortable. And overall 5 star for the hotel, the atmosphere was awesome. Because you will know how places are when you walk in

Because of the door to the room was kind of messed up had to keep going to the front desk to get new keys made to get in the room
The bed was very comfortable, the rooms are nice. The fire alarm in my room.was broken and going off all night. We reported it to the front desk and they advised us to just push the button to shut it off. Once was ok...it went off at least 5 more times thru the night waking us. The toilet was broken and not attached to the base thus is was wobbly and running all night. Went to sit in the hot tub and black crud was floating on the top of it so decided to swim. Excellent service, Greg, from maintenance is an obvious asset to this motel. He was not only friendly but so very helpful with a sincere smile on his face while helping guests. He is the very reason we will return & recommend this particular motel. Jackie at the front desk was amazing as well.
