your hotel turned down two people who were 18 stranded in a snow storm tonight. They were trying to make their way back to Iowa from a funeral. shameless and callous unable to waiver from their policies. Would not recommend if they cannot accommodate due to weather
Had a group reservation with a signed contract with this hotel. When our group arrived part of our reservations had been cancelled "just a miscommunication" according to the manager, who also told me in a later conversation that I was not remembering anything correctly about our attempted check in experience! Guess the other 16 people with me must have had the same problem! After the fact, his solution for this is to give us really good service if we chose to return to this hotel. There won't be a next time!
Nice clean comfortable rooms
Had an awesome stay in a very CLEAN and secure room.
The beds are comfy. The location is perfect. But the staff doesn't clean up the room perfectly.
