Very nice accommodations. Lots of amenities in room, like refridge, micro, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, little USB charging stations bedside, alarm clock. Friendly staff and very clean. Hot and cold breakfast included. Pool, gym, and computer rooms.
Musty smell in the room..huge stain on ceiling...indoor heated pool ice cold...after a long day out came back to nap and was disturbed by maintenance 3 times in half hour (we never reported any issues) friends staying down the hall had to ask for fresh towels at 10pm and beds were not made..TV mostly static...very disappointed ...be glad to leave tomorrow morning
The hotel appearance is very nice and it wasn't bad at all for a nights stay. When we arrived to the room, it smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke. Not a huge deal, the room was clean.... the next morning my husband leaves for work, as this is why we are here. Checkout time is 11am; however, I get a knock on the door at 8:30 and again at 10 wanting to see if I am still in the room by housekeeping. It was really nice. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our room. It was very clean. It was better this year, because last year the room was nasty and didnt have all the parts to the coffee pot. The staff had to put us in a suite that was reserved for situations like this. Last year there was used diabetic lancet laying in the hallway. Well, I'm glad that it was better this year.
Breakfast starts at 6 to 10 was out of breakfast nobody made any more at 7 when my family came down to depart toilet paper roll broke before we got there beautiful hotel Beds were okay very high-priced for the situation things being broke most of the carpeting very dirty
Very clean and the staff were very friendly! And grandbabies loved the heated indoor pool. �
After going from hotel to hotel trying to find safety from the storms today the supervisor was extremely helpful. We didn't stay here due to having 5 dogs with us however she immediately called a hotel right next to us and made sure we would have somewhere safe to go. She was even willing to make an exception had we not been able to go to the hotel she called for us. Her help and understanding of our situation will never be forgotten and is appreciated beyond words. Thank you so much to this wonderful staff!
