I booked them for my wedding. I was charged for an extra night and was not refunded by the General Manager. We went back and forth for days with no resolution. Definitely would not stay there again!!!!!!!
Worst checkin ever. Lady was rude and acted like she didn’t want to even be working. She rather just sit on her phone then help anyone. Worst experience ever.

Ford f350 harley 24 ft pontoon stolen from your parking lot asked at desk if it was safe was told YES please dont stay here camera is there mgr said doesnt show well showed man in ballcap between midnight and 1230 stole not even broken glass doesnt show vehicle dropping person off insider? do something about this!!!
CHILDREN PLAYING IN HALLWAY. I STAYED AT A LOCATION NEAR SIX FLAGS ON I-10 UTSA BLVD. MY ROOM DIDN'T EVEN GET CLEANED I HAD TO CLEAN MY OWN ROOM AND DUMP MY TRASH AND GET MY OWN FRESH TOWELS. I TOLD THE LADY AT FRONT DESK. SHE DIDN'T CARE. WHEN I COME TO SAN ANTONIO TX I WOULD STAY THERE. THEY JUST LOST MY BUSINESS. AND DENNIS IS A GOOD MANAGER BUT DIDN'T SEE HIM THAT VISIT. They double taxes me and Wanda the front clerk was rude me,cutting me off . She couldn't explain the numbers she just keep on saying it was what I would be charged No one else talk to until 11am. hotel is under construction , the pool had no towels and paint peeling every where , even over pool, elevator was filithy,TV didn't work and spider in bathroom. RecommendedIt was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were exceptional.
I want to thank the manager and Jeanine at front desk. We arrived when we discovered our reservation was for previous day. without hesitation a call was made and we had a room....no penalties. Thank you very much.
Very nice hotel. Great location. many places to eat very close by.
