This hospital saved my sons life. In the situation we were in they made it home for us for 11 days. Nurses were amazing in the ICU unit !

Rude staff. They have no idea how to talk to children, honestly that’s if they even acknowledge their presence. The children’s activities in waiting rooms are mostly all broken. A hospital is more than the Drs, and I will definitely make the drive to Riley’s from now on. Horrible experience.

My son care was continously neglected because one of their doctors fought hard to ruin our lives by writing false diagnosis in his chart to get money from public. One I confronted the hospital he falsely made a report against me to DCFS and the hospital fought hard to have the case closed and swept under the rug. Stating he did this against hospital protocol. This hospital failed me son and family over and over because of the negative remarks pit in his chart and I was told so public aid can pay them.
