If I could give this hospital a zero, I would. I can't get in touch with my family member, and she can't call me because they are still in the ice ages and can't call to another state area code. This is the second time my family has been in and it's been horrible both times.
Their motto/emphases is excellence and I certainly experienced it in my recent stay. Every employee had a winning attitude and demeanor and made you feel welcomed and at ease. The nursing staff and cnas were also 110% game On making you feel welcomed and authentically cared for. The individual care and concern was shown by everyone from transport to physician during my stay on 6 East!
