Omg they have an amazing Healthy families making healthy choices guide booklet. They have some really good tips about eating and staying active. I love how they break down the serving size of foods it was really helpful because i was over doing it. Thanks for the booklet.

My son needed a sports physical form completed for baseball tryouts and I thought the school nurse had a copy which they did not. The office and Dr. Defrades made sure the form was completed for tryouts tomorrow! I appreciated the urgency they put into this to make sure he was allowed to participate. You are the best!
Asked attendant to reduce volume on t.v. the volume is still unbearably loud. People are I'll and concerned for their lived ones... Who needs loud blaring tv at a time like this????
