Nurses and Dr's were awesome on the 5th floor as well as at the urgent aid in Tinley Park. Thank you!
Just spent my 2nd 1 week stay in the last 2 months. This time was terrible. The nursing staff should be ashamed of themselves. I can't even go into everything but the worst part was being released 5 hours after my doctor said I could go because nurse forgot to do a test and with 2 copies of my discharge papers and no medication/ prescriptions. Called same day I came home (yesterday) was told nothing they could do. Call today left messages for supervisor Dwight and with supervisor Chris (after he hung up on me). Never heard b... read more
In Ingalls Hospital, because I had surgery. They have the best nursing staff the world. They are very patient with me. I realized they are caring for more patients then me. The NURSING STAFF are very caring & always giving their service with a smile even when they are changing the bed pan. They do whatever they can to make their patients comfortable. My husband had outpatient surgery there yesterday. From the minute we got there to the moment we left everything went smoothly. Many kudos to Karen and Jennifer on the outpatient surgical floor, who gave excellent and informative care to him and made our necessary visit a comfortable and uneventful one. Thank you so much, we appreciate all your caring efforts. ♡♡♡
I wish I could rate it No stars...the incompetent care that is given there is HORRIBLE. The have sat a food tray in my dad room and NO on assisted him during meal time, he just didn't eat
Dr. Defrates came to see my baby at the hospital when she was born and she was awesome!! Very thorough and knowledgeable! Had her first Dr visit yesterday and we will definitely keep coming back, she is great!!
I went into Ingalls for my gall bladder. The Drs, Nurses and Ca's were excellent. They were very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable during my stay. I have no complaints!!!
My visit on Ingalls was quite and wonderfully I went to take my daughter
SHE LEFT AND WENT TO LUNCH!! No receptionist. Sitting here for 55 minutes so far. Not a soul in sight.
