Nurses not respecting the basic rights of patients is not ok �
Everyone that I interacted with from the moment I walked in until discharge was phenomenal! They treated my son like their own, and kept me informed. I would definitely recommend this facility.
My experience yesterday at Ingalls was quite a wonderful one. I had wonderful care from the front door all the way through. Everything went right as planned. Dr Robinson and his staff were perfectly delightful and uplifting!! I feel better to so thanks to all involved.
The ER nurses were nice the 2 stars are for them. The wait time is so long over 2 hrs in the waiting room. Nurse Sylvia was great. I asked the male Nigerian nurse for some water and still haven't received it yet
Worst er ever.. 5hour wait nurse in back was OK took forget to get pain meds, their very busy, then the lady messed up my dob
But can work on a couple of problem food service and house keeping additude problem too with some of the staff
Worst emergency room wait I have ever had in unbearable pain I have been here over 4 hours, I have pancreatitis and I am throwing up this is ridiculous
House keeping never came. Not good for a hospital.
If i could give zero stars, i would! They false diagnosed my one year old son. They need to learn how to actually examine someone in order to find the actual problem instead of assuming.
