About this business
This 1883 Victorian home, with its impressive white columns, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. While Columns Hotel may not be the most modern of hotels, it is full of a charm that can only be found in the Big Easy. It was designed by Thomas Sully, a great architect of New Orleans. The hotel is also the only surviving building out of many that he designed.

Lovely soothing early evening breeze amid the beautiful trees while on the front porch while enjoying a libation and snacks. Hearing the hushed whirring of the streetcars as they pass. Seeing the twinkle of stars through the branched trees and the light in the tower of the church across the street. The scintillating conversation of good friends. What an enjoyable way to pass an evening.
Our first time as we crashed a wedding party with a friend. Just had a cocktail and was there for a short time but loved the atmosphere. Old house with swag, good music and nice vibe. So New Orleans - we will be back!
