About this business
This 1883 Victorian home, with its impressive white columns, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. While Columns Hotel may not be the most modern of hotels, it is full of a charm that can only be found in the Big Easy. It was designed by Thomas Sully, a great architect of New Orleans. The hotel is also the only surviving building out of many that he designed.

This was my first time in NOLA. We chose you for our last breakfast before heading to the airport. We had been admiring your location on many walks and trolley rides. We got there about 9:40 yesterday morning. We were told it was fine as the tea room was still open. Sadly, the food was less than desirable. If you fancy getting out of the tourist hub come down here for a flavour of grand living. Beautiful rooms and great atmosphere....cocktails are pretty fun too !!
It is a great place to just enjoy a drink. We live here, but would love to enjoy the hotel as well.
We had a great time at this amazing hotel. We were able to select our room from website photos and recommendations from the staff. Our room was huge with a private balcony facing St. Charles Ave. A full breakfast was included and the hotel staff (check-in, restaurant, bar) were awesome... we'll be back soon!
