UPDATE: I originally left a negative review, but after what happened following our move-out, I need to share more. We requested a move-out inspection, and despite management claiming it wasn’t necessary, we insisted. We signed off on the apartment’s condition, with only a minor issue regarding stove drip trays (under $10). To our shock, we received a $4,000 bill with no explanation—just an email. This place is turning ghetto. The trashy people that are moving in here. The smell of weed everywhere. The car center doest work. The fire pit doesn’t work. The dog park area lights are broken. Who ever the office manager is needs to do some self reflection because this property is falling apart. Don’t bother with this place. The pictures looks good but it’s a lie
