shut water off w/o notice because I wasn't home just to look at my meter. Who do you think you guys are? Very unprofessional, didn't even receive a phone call that they were coming over!
not too please with the water dept. paid my bill in november check got lost in the mail, made a ton of phone calls to the dept, put a stop payment on the check, reissued a check, original check showed up in their lock box in january then i got a bill for $25 returned/stop payment check. called the customer service dept explained i was worried this would happen and addressed it on one of many phone calls ,made in nov/dec to be told they have no record of my call. there is a water monopoly in columbus so if i want water i have... read more
