fired all customer service representatives !!!
I used the portal on the coc water page to pay my bill. it said 1 to 3 days for payment to post! why is that? aep payments get posted right away. it's been 4 days and I still have no water. ridiculous!!!!!!! all they must care about is money and not whether customers are being helped!!!!! I wish there was somewhere else to get water service from!!!! shame on you! I WILL be contacting the PUCO on monday!
Never received a water bill nor my landlord but going on 3 days and said they will be out to turn on. I have an adult with disabilities and need to take a shower and need running water. Customer service is awful when they say if you pay your bill but I told them I would if i got a bill. Have no family to go to for shower or to brush teeth. Spending money on gallons of water when I should not have too.
Talk to people like they care about customer service.
I'm so sick of the city of Columbus just doing what the heck they want without even worrying if it's an inconvenience to anyone else. Turned the water off on a Saturday, with no notice of this was going to happen, and had the road closed so I couldn't get to my house, and when I went around there was no one on the work site, just their equipment in the middle of the road. RIDICULOUS.
I've had over 6 years of lower electric bills and fewer outages than my friends who use AEP. If there is an outage at night or on a weekend, my phone call is answered promptly, politely and honestly. With automatic bill paying, I never have to worry about remembering to send a check. This division is one of the few things that Columbus does right!
Very poor, no one takes a call, returns a call but yet send some back woods contractor to redo water lines and leave our properties a mess and no one wants to help solve the issue. Well i will file a law suit and escrow all further payments until my property is restored to what it was before a bunch of i dont have a clue people were turned loose to do as they wished!
they suck...SUCK...worst customer service ever....if you call the water dept plan on being on hold...they do not answer the phones ever.
I can’t get thru to the number to disconnect service. I tried last week just kept saying “Your call can’t be completed at this time.” Same with all afternoon today. Hire more people, get a better system, something, please!!!!!
