Customer service is rude and doesn't care how long you are without water. Going on day 5. Called to schedule today and they put me on hold long enough that now no water till Monday. Why do I pay City taxes if you cant do your job!!!! Sad excuse for a government office.
I need to talk to an customer service agent about making bill payment arrangements but instead when I call the 645-8276 number I get this awful message that there is a high volume of calls and I would not be able to get through.......therefore I am being forced to pay online and I DO NOT do online payments.If you people expect customers to pay their bills then you need to correct the problem and let them get through to be able to pay their bills over the phone and/or make arrangements. Havent been here 30 days two power outages within 48 hours. $140 deposit ridiculous I never been with you guys I just don't like you guys already and I'm never going to like you guys till i'm not with the city any more i want aep back
I’ve lived in 43228 for the past 13 years and can count on one hand how many times my power was out. My electric company was AEP. I moved to 43207 two months ago and I can’t even tell you how many times it’s out including right now. I’ve looked online to find an outage update but nothing. I called 311 and they’re closed. Saw an American flag sticker that read “I do NOT kneel” on a City of Columbus, Dept of Public Utilities truck this morning. Didn’t know the city of Columbus permitted employees to voice their backwards political opinions on vehicles funded by tax payers.
Nitrates measuring at ~80ppm for 3 months now. No one cares?
