We have a light pole on our street that has been out for a month. We have made several phone calls as well as a request online for it to be fixed. The light is still out and the street is pitch black for kids walking to school in the morning. The service is horrible. When we have called in the customer service department has been extremely rude like we are inconveniencing them to call. Hoping this issue gets fixed soon!

Very nice location to see Red, White & Boom fireworks. Very nice grounds and easy access in/out. Must be a Columbus City Employee to gain access!

It sucks we have to pay outrageous prices for unsafe water we can't even drink that can even get us really sick if we don't take precautions the correct way in preparing I was informed about nothing having to do with E. coli in our water pretty damn outraged since we don't matter enough for a damn letter or phone call to even let us know about this matter so thanks for that my whole family probably sick!! Please update to use email or call before disconnecting a paying customer's water. You could save money on print and postage and get confirmation that your message was delivered.

I have been on the phone waiting for 23 min to speak to someone about my bill! The least you could do is to provide good hold music. This is ridiculous

NITRATE WARNING...AGAIN. I'd like to deduct a portion of my water bill...if we have to purchase bottled water, and my filtering system doesn't filter Nitrates (most don't), then I don't think I should be paying for the water I should have a right to consume safely. We are worse than some Third-World countries (but they have outlawed fracking, soooooooo). I don't think ANYONE should be paying for water they CAN'T use. It's the Utilities job to keep the water safe.

They showed up on one of the hottest days of the year so far to announce they were cutting off our power for a number of hours so they could switch the lines over to a new pole. No advance notice, no warning, just "We're going to cut your power now." Is it any wonder people think poorly of municipal workers?
