I have been waiting 6 hours for my dog. I have had to call 3 times (every 2 hours) to get any type of update from these people. Others have come in and out with there dogs and i am still waiting to even get an update on my dog. I don't understand why they can't make a simple 5 minute phone call but are charging $500.
They were very responsive and caring and explained everything to the fullest, thank you to the team at CRVS
By responding to calls after you have taken our money. Care does not end when we drive away. Especially after spending $1,000.00. Once I drove away all bets were off.
staff is very inconsiderate. never got proper updates about wait times or how are cat was doing. we were referred to them from our town since our town doesn't offer emergency services. we waited 3 hours called for an update and was told we couldn't get a timeline. called 2 hours later to be told it would be another 3 hours. we got hung up on as soon as one question was answered because they were at full capacity and busy but they were still accepting animals. hold times on the phone were 20 plus mins.
Everyone we encountered here were so caring and amazing. A month ago our female heeler got a tear in her windpipe and after 4 days at CRVS was home and has healed amazing. Then last week our blue heeler was shot and the drs and techs at CRVS were amazing. Having to put our boy down was gut wrenching. The staff were so considerate and caring not just with Boone but with my husband and I also that it really was such a comfort considering the traumatic events. Then when I went to get him yesterday not only were his ashes in a b... read more
The staff failed to give feedback, wait times and status of pets. I waited 8 Hours for a pet that had a stroke. When asked how my pet was doing I was given attitude. I understand that things are challenging with COVID but waiting like this is unacceptable. Will not return to this office, ever.
The staff as CRVS are absolutely amazing! this last Sunday evening our French bulldog had a grand mal seizure. we brought him here and the staff took amazing care of him while maintaining outstanding communicating with us. Our puppy had to stay over night and most of the following day, but we could call to check in and ask for updates. Each time we called, ever individual who answered the phone took 15-20 minutes to talk to us and answer any questions we had. 11/10 reccomend.
I went here recently when my dog had an adverse reaction to her vaccines from another clinic. The staff took such good care of not only my pup, but me as well. They even offered me a blanket because it was getting late. My bill was much less than anticipated and my lil Jack Russell was up and running a few days later.
